REFUND POLICY 

This shop has a right to refuse cancellation of an order once the made to order process has begun. Almost ALL pairs are made to order which is explained all over the shop eg main page and under every item on the shop. Accidentally placed orders may be cancelled IF the creation period hasn't started yet. Not seeing my made to order time line is NOT a cause for cancellation, this shop is extremely transparent about timelines and how long it takes from order to dispatch. Your inability to find this before ordering is not cause for cancellation. 

Lost or damaged post is NOT cause for a refund. This shop will offer a replacement for lost or damaged items. Please contact me if your items are damaged or lost. For timelines in which this shop considers items lost to the post, please see drop down menus under every item to know when to ask for a replacement.
