UK Tracked

To care for clay is simple! Just follow these few steps!

- Don’t shower or swim in your earrings

-Don’t leave your earrings in a place you know they will get damaged ie the bottom of your bag

- Don’t store your earrings in direct sunlight for extend periods of time

- Don’t attempt to bend or snap your earrings

- Apply perfume BEFORE you pop your earrings In to prevent discolouration 

All pairs are made with Silver or Gold plated hardware.

To change hardware to ball posts, lever backs, hypoallergenic or clip ons, ADD THEM TO YOUR CART using the hardware section of my shop. If you do not do this and request them via dm i will not be able to honour that unless purchased as i need to be able to see them on your order when packing as it is easily forgettable when packaging multiple orders at once 

Creation time is a MINIMUM or 2/3 weeks!
This is due to the fact that at times i can be creating up to 20 pairs of the same design at once and with so many designs in batches it may take a little longer than i am used to but i work long hours to create everything so i will have them done asap for you. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL/ DM ME ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS WITHIN THIS CREATION PERIOD. If any delays unexpectedly occur i will always let you know via my social media, tweet or Instagram story, however this is unlikely. 

All items are Made to order unless they are in the ready to post section. All items that are made to order have a creation time. This means that you are purchasing the DESIGN of the item, this means the colour and the design on the earrings i will replicate for every single order that is placed. Due to this, there may be slight inconsistencies in placement, size or errors from pair to pair. YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING THE EXACT PAIR THAT IS PICTURED. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to this. However, replicating my own work is something i am extremely used to so errors are extremely unlikely :) 

UK 

Shipping to the UK usually takes around a week to reach after the shipping date. I post 2nd class Royal Mail.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your items before contacting me about lost products, I can only sort items after this time period has passed.

USA / Canada

Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for your order to arrive with you. As I am shipping from the UK, once your order has left me it is out of my hands unfortunately. The speed of your order arriving to you solely depends on your local postal service.

If your items are not with you within 10 weeks past the shipping date please contact me and I will do everything in my power to help.

EUROPE 

Due to recent changes in import tax, I am not reliable for any customs charges upon arrival. However if you message me prior to update we can discuss this matter. Same shipping times apply to Europe as they do to USA / Canada 

REST OF THE WORLD

Depending on your county, it may be the first time I have ever shipped there, therefore I cannot predict time in weeks it will take to arrive to you, for example, it has previously taken 4 months for an order to arrive to an Australian customer, I have no control over these times I am so sorry.

It is not an automatic service that I provide for customers are flat rate tracked out of the UK can be rather expensive. 

However, I have added a section onto my website so you may ADD a tracked option to your order. I am not overcharging for tracked options,I am simply adding on the difference it would take to track your item on top of my standard shipping price applied at checkout
